I have the Chiel file. The one I have is longer, 22.47 compared to your 13.49. Your file cuts off at 0200 when Veronica closed down with no "stukje van RNI " as stated on the file. My file runs 0146-0208 with Brian McKenzie after Chiel.

Leuk een Will wil wel met Lex

Ja en Nee. We waren op de west Fries flora en daar was Will Niet bij. Dus een reguliere WWW was het niet.  Ik dacht dat het in 1973 was..... Dus ik weet het niet meer................

Ad en ik hadden de studio meegenomen.

Somehow I think that the timing, 0146-0208, is incorrect. I have consulted Jan-Fre's index and found that Brian McKenzie's show finishes at 0100. In his last hour he plays "Dearg doom" by Horslips at about 0035. After consulting Michael Downing's RNI diary for this week, Brian McKenzie's Show runs 2200-0100. Therefore could Chiel's dagsluiting occur at 0030 and then retune to RNI to hear Horslips. I enclose the relevant file. Comments?

I was also working on it and came to the following conclusion:

 

In February 1974, the Chiel Montagne Show could be heard on Radio Veronica between 11:00 PM and 12:00 PM. Chiel also mentions the date in the recording: Thursday, February 21.

 

In the midnight news on RNI, Brian McKenzie mentions Russia's second test launch of the SS-19 long-range missile. The first launch was on January 25 and 26, 1974. This second launch took place simultaneously on the day the SALT talks started in Geneva. That was February 21. So it is very likely that Brian mentions this test launch in the midnight news, now the beginning of Thursday, February 22, 1974.

Jocoole i have had the file longer buth i have taken only the part of Chiel on radio Veronica so i did cut it after 2400 ours .

RNI i saved in another file so thatswhy this is only Chiel .
