The unknown is Victor Hartman and I doubt the date is correct. This is most likely from around March 1990 is around the time he joined the station.

    In Jan-Fre's Index this is listed as 1990-04-00 1400-1500 Victor Hartman. The announcement for the Caroline Rockshow is for Saturday 7th April. So this is for the first week in April 1990.
