Hello everybody!

Please, can anyone identify the name of the track that appears on the Tony Peters recording at 10 mins 20 secs, just after Tony talks about the record library?
Thank you.

Shazam identified the song as 'New Message' by The Lucy Show. In better audio quality:

So, regarding the "1338-1400" and "1400-1439" recordings, there are a few clues (apart from the Lotto results):

1) Keith says "Caroline 558 on the air 24 hours to-day" (first recording at 0m15s). Radiopedia shows that this is true for the evening of 15th November 1987, but not 6th December 1987:

https://radiopedia.nl/wiki/Radio_Caroline_presentatieoverzicht_1987

He also mentions being on the air 24 hours in the second recording (at 1m50s).

2) On the second recording at 1m50s, Keith says: "This is going to be a smash hit. It's fast going up the UK charts". The song is Never Can Say Goodbye by the Communards. The UK chart site shows that, the day before 15th November 1987, it rose from no. 15 to no. 6. However, by 6th December 1987 the chart position was starting to fall:

https://www.officialcharts.com/songs/communards-never-can-say-goodbye/

Also at 37m15s, he says "A great new one from Whitney Houston" (So Emotional). That entered the charts on 14th November 1987:

https://www.officialcharts.com/songs/whitney-houston-so-emotional/

3) Weather on the second recording (at 30m40s) better fits 15th November 1987 (in particular, relatively warm and wind S).

Here is the data recorded at RAF Manston on the Kent coast:

https://weatherspark.com/h/d/147918/1987/11/15/Historical-Weather-on-Sunday-November-15-1987-at-Manston-United-Kingdom

But on the 6th December 1987, the temperature is lower and the winds were E... which corresponds with the weather given by Tony Peters (on the 1011-1043 recording at 19m15s):

https://weatherspark.com/h/d/147918/1987/12/6/Historical-Weather-on-Sunday-December-6-1987-at-Manston-United-Kingdom

Therefore, I feel very confident that these 2 files, as Jan-Fre suggested, are from 15th November 1987.

(Of course the biggest clue is that the music is very loud. For recordings of December 1987 - after the mast collapse - the recordings tend to be very hollow... the audio is buried deeper in the noise).

I just dugout a tape of Nigel Harris also on the 06.12.1987 the weather report at 16.30 is dull with light rain, the sea is moderate as is the wind and the minimum temperature is 3 degrees.

One other point is that Keith Francis says at 13.40 I am with you until 1 o clock. Would Keith only been on for only one hour?

I've listened and can't find what you heard.

On the 1400-1439 recording, at 18m10s: "Keith Francis with you until 5".

Which, after looking at the schedule on Radiopedia, works for 15th November 1987 (6.12am Tim Allen, 9am Kevin Turner, 1pm Keith Francis, 5pm Nigel Harris, 9pm Chris Kennedy, 1am Pat Brookes).

It doesn't work for 6th December 1987: Keith starts at 12 midday and Nigel takes over at 3pm... I certainly would like to hear the recording of Nigel Harris on that day!

On the 12.00-12.33 recording at 13.35 Keith says fifteenth minutes past midday Caroline 558 Keith Francis with you till one let’s go make some money.

Apologies, I didn't re-check that particular recording until now.

He does indeed say that, but at 18m10s he corrects himself:

"I did say that I'll be with you until 1... well, I'll be with you 'til 3. Caroline 558's on the air all day to-day".

Anyway, Keith spoke too prematurely. After he gives the weather at 29m00s, the transmission gets worse and worse until it disappears completely. (This isn't mentioned on Radiopedia, so presumably it was just a short break).
